Our team delivered multiple stunning, custom-built timber bridges that seamlessly blend functionality, durability, and elegance into the landscape. Crafted from premium pressure-treated and stained lumber, these bridges feature gentle arches for smooth cart transitions, sturdy reinforced railings,  and wider spans for improved accessibility and visual appeal. The rich, natural wood tones complement the surrounding fairways, bunkers, and water hazards, enhancing the overall beauty of the course. Completed on schedule during the off-season to minimize disruption, these bridges are built to withstand heavy use and harsh elements for decades.

Key highlights include:

  • Superior wind and impact resistance for our storm-prone region
  • Outstanding energy efficiency with reflective properties that help reduce cooling costs in NC summers
  • Virtually maintenance-free longevity (40–60+ years expected)
  • Clean, precise installation with proper underlayment, flashing, and ventilation for leak-proof performance

This project showcases our expertise in custom metal roofing solutions that combine classic profiles like AG panels with premium finishes for lasting beauty and protection.

We rebuilt this deck into a safe, beautiful, and fully accessible outdoor living space that prioritizes both functionality and timeless appeal. Constructed with premium pressure-treated lumber which include robust 6×6 posts for superior strength and longevity, the new design features a smooth, code-compliant handicap ramp for effortless accessibility. The spacious deck surface offers ample room for furniture, entertaining, or relaxation, all finished with clean lines, durable decking boards, and protective treatments to resist rot, insects, and weathering for decades.

Completed with minimal disruption to the homeowner’s routine, this project turned an outdated, inaccessible deck into a welcoming, low-maintenance extension of the home—boosting usability, safety, and curb appeal while adding lasting value.

We completely reimagined the space with a smart, open layout that maximizes flow, natural light, and everyday usability—turning a functional necessity into the heart of the home. By strategically removing the obstructive chase and seamlessly repairing/finishing the drywall, we opened up the room for better circulation and a more spacious feel.

Key upgrades include:

  • Brand-new custom cabinets with modern storage solutions and timeless style
  • Premium stainless steel appliances for efficiency and sleek performance
  • Classic white subway tile backsplash adding clean, bright sophistication
  • Energy-efficient recessed can lights throughout for even, inviting illumination
  • Durable, beautiful new countertops providing ample workspace and elegance

The result is a bright, airy, chef-inspired kitchen that’s as practical as it is stunning—perfect for family meals, gatherings, or quiet mornings. This remodel not only solved long-standing issues but dramatically increased the home’s value and livability.

We gave this deck a complete, high-quality refresh that restored safety, beauty, and longevity without a full rebuild. The entire perimeter and exposed framing received premium PVC trim for a clean, crisp look that’s rot-proof, insect-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free—perfect for our humid climate. We fully redid the stairs with new, sturdy treads and risers for smooth, secure access, and installed modern, durable handrails that provide reliable support and a fresh, contemporary style.

We constructed a robust, attractive 4-car carport that provides comprehensive vehicle protection while beautifully complementing the home’s exterior. Built on strong 6×6 pressure-treated posts for superior strength and longevity, the structure features engineered trusses for wide, open spans without interior supports—maximizing usable space beneath. The roof is finished with durable AG panel metal in a sleek, weather-resistant finish, offering excellent water-shedding, wind resistance, and low-maintenance performance for decades.

We replaced it with a sturdy, beautiful new privacy fence built to last. Every post was professionally set in solid concrete footings for maximum stability, preventing shifting, leaning, or heaving in our variable climate—ensuring the fence stands straight and strong for decades. The clean lines, high-quality materials, and precise installation deliver excellent privacy, enhanced security, and a polished look that complements the home and yard perfectly.

The deck boasts low-maintenance Trex composite decking for a durable, fade-resistant, splinter-free surface that stands up to our humid climate without constant upkeep. New gutters and downspouts ensure proper water diversion away from the house and deck. Full electrical integration includes powerful flood lights for evening safety and ambiance, plus ceiling fans for cooling comfort on warm days. Stained wood elements (ceiling beams, framing accents) add warm, rich character and a timeless, high-end finish.

The result is a bright, inviting screened room perfect for dining, lounging, or family gatherings—no matter the season or weather. This custom build transformed an empty backyard into a functional, beautiful extension of the home that dramatically boosts property value and daily enjoyment.

We performed a full gut demolition in this bathroom, then rebuilt a stunning, modern shower oasis that redefines luxury and functionality. The new design showcases contemporary tile work in elegant patterns and finishes for a fresh, spa-like feel; sleek, updated fixtures including dual showerheads for when two is better than one; modern glass door that creates an open, airy illusion while containing water perfectly; and brand-new custom cabinets/vanity providing ample storage with clean lines and premium hardware.

We completely transformed this ordinary backyard into a stunning private oasis by building a luxurious custom pool from the ground up. The centerpiece is a beautifully designed swimming pool surrounded by elegant travertine pavers that provide a smooth, non-slip, spa-like decking surface—perfect for lounging and barefoot walking. To address the sloped terrain and add dramatic flair, we constructed a custom retaining wall featuring hand-selected natural rocks that blend seamlessly with the landscape while preventing erosion and creating terraced levels for added depth and interest.

The result is a breathtaking backyard sanctuary: crystal-clear waters inviting year-round swims (with proper heating/filtration for NC seasons), expansive travertine patios for sunbathing or dining, and a sculpted retaining wall that adds texture, height, and natural beauty.

This house addition had been severely compromised by a hidden termite infestation that went unnoticed for years. Structural elements like framing, joists, siding, trim, and possibly windows or doors showed extensive damage: hollowed-out wood, crumbling supports, sagging sections, visible mud tubes, and weakened integrity that risked further collapse or water intrusion. In North Carolina’s humid climate, the untreated damage accelerated deterioration, creating safety concerns, aesthetic issues, and potential threats to the main home’s structure—turning what should have been functional living space into a costly liability.
